We offer classes for all ages & skill levels, including boxing fundamentals, sparring, and conditioning. Come try them all!
$20/day donation is ADULT "DROP IN" or $100/mo recurring.
Payments are due on the 1st (pro-rated).
ADULT CLASS 5:30-6:30pm MON, WED, THURS, & FRIDAY. Starts at beginning of month.
Cost $150/mo with access to gym.
We have sanitized gloves, speed bags, heavy bags & double-end punching bags & two Boxing Rings. We have dumb bells, bar bells, pull ups & lat machines, weight benches, bikes, tread mills & ellipticals. Wraps, apparel etc, snacks etc for purchase.

1st PRO: Joe Gumina, Light Heavy Weight, 2013 Pro Record of 5-1 from FITR, out of Crocker Amazon Park. San Francisco, CA.
2nd PRO: LARON MITCHELL, Heavy Weight, with 16-2 Record in 2018 at FITR Brisbane. He’s a gentle giant & now an Educator. He's featured in the video link above.
3rd PRO: CHARLIE SHEEHY, age 26, Lightweight with a 10-0 Pro Record in 2024.
Previously in 2021, Charley won a place in 2020-‘21 Team USA - National Olympic Qualifiers.
In 2022, the City of Brisbane did an outstanding job with music video & captions of the youth's workout with coaches!
